Pricing Structure
We believe in transparent, straightforward pricing:
If we also complete the Shop Drawings, the As-Built Drawings are priced at 25% of the Shop Drawing cost.
If the Shop Drawings were prepared elsewhere, the As-Built Drawings are priced at the full Shop Drawing rate.
This approach ensures fairness and reflects the additional time required when our team has not been involved in the initial design documentation.
